About the Workshop

Living in a small community has many rewards—connection, trust, and shared belonging. But it can also present challenges when misunderstandings, conflicts, or harmful patterns affect relationships.

This workshop will explore:

• What helps us build stronger, healthier connections

• What hurts and creates barriers within a close-knit community

• Practical ways to communicate openly, resolve conflict, and support one another

Why It’s Important

Positive relationships are the foundation of a thriving community. By learning together, we can:

• Strengthen trust and collaboration

• Reduce tension and prevent conflict

• Create a safer, more welcoming environment for everyone

Whether you’re a community leader, volunteer, or member who wants to contribute to a healthier space, this workshop will give you tools and insights to make a difference.
